is the morning walk compulsory for loosing. the weight .

Well, morning walks are GREAT, and they don’t NEED to be required in losing weight. Maintaining a healthy eating regimen (I guess the 2,000 calorie rule doesn’t apply as much if you’re eating all fatty stuff) that includes many green vegetables, fruits, and protein, and such.

Exercising is also very key in losing weight as you need to do pretty much exercises that you have to SWEAT in order to shed pounds (i.e., think running, elliptical, yoga, etc.). There are many ways to exercise: jump rope, jogging around your neighborhood, power-walking (different from just walking leisurely), and more!
