I injured my ankle really badly last autumn olaying sports and couldnt walk on it 3 months properly and couldnt run for 4 months and now I’m really unfit and the chub is slowly creeping back on but I cant figure out whats the best exercise to just make it go away!

Any suggestions?

When I started working out again I got on a stationary. Not too strenuous, and it’s a really good workout .
